
Can I substitute frozen vegetables in revenue?
I'm making a spicy tofu dish. The recipe calls for peas and bok choy or napa cabbage. I have peas frozen cauliflower frozen (freeze it myself) green, and frozen turnip and cabbage. I read you can substitute kale or other greens of Chinese cabbage. What is the best of my frozen vegs would be the substitute for the Chinese cabbage? I'll use the peas, sugar peas. I know how sweet it would be better, but I'm looking for a job and I'm trying keep costs low. Thanks.
Use ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ grains of sugar. Since the melting away of cabbage and greens that will be limp and a bit corny.
