Have any advice about my grandmother alone?

Here is my problem. I have a 86 year old grandmother lives with some room in your tenants home in Orange County, Cal. These tenants are shady characters, the home smells of dog urine and feces mouse, and my grandmother's diet generally consists pizza and Chinese food. My family and I have tried to convince her to move to an apartment complex near where we live (Napa, CA), but it seems tied to their mode current life. She complains that nobody comes to see her, but that's because she expects everyone to come to her and not the other way around (she has canceled a flight to many visit us). As a full time student with a job, I can not give any time to reduce the south and resolve this problem. My mother claims, with some vacation time she has, and hopes she can convince her grandmother to move. This has been an ongoing problem for years. Any advice you can give me will be much appreaciated.

Try to convince her this way: Ask your grandmother what she would do if the same situation as her … living conditions, being away from home, etc. Maybe she'll prove your point of realizing that the situation might bother her if it were otherwise.
