Napa Style – Has anyone purchased here?

Just check out other experiences with this store. We requested a product that was poorly done and tried to return it. Customer service never answered or called or e-mail back. More than two months and after contacting my credit card company to cancel payment now Napa says they will credit my card back. (Go look at my credit card and must take place in the next couple of days) I also noticed complaints similar to mine in the Better Business Bureau.
